Data Deletion
Last updated: March 18, 2026We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of any data we may hold about you through our Instagram business integration.
What Data We May Hold
If you have interacted with our Instagram business account via direct messages, we may have stored:
- Your Instagram user ID and username
- Message content and conversation history
- Any lead or inquiry information derived from your messages
- Timestamps of interactions
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Automatic (via Instagram)
If you remove or deauthorize our app from your Instagram/Facebook settings, Meta will automatically send us a data deletion request. We process these requests and remove your data from our systems.
Option 2: Direct Request
Send an email to hello@biyikgokhan.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
- We log your deletion request in our system
- Your contact information is removed or anonymized
- Your message content is deleted
- Any lead records associated with your account are removed
- Minimal audit records are retained in anonymized form for compliance purposes only
- You receive confirmation when the process is complete
Deletion Status
If you submitted a deletion request through the Meta platform, you can check the status by revisiting this page with the confirmation code provided in the response. Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.
